We are preparing for Test 39 (Receiving HISP). Kindly anchor our Root CA and Intermediate CA certificates so that the Edge Test Tool (ETT) can send encrypted Direct messages to our test user.
Attached are the following certificates for your reference and configuration:
Root CA certificate
Intermediate CA certificate
Leaf (end-entity) certificate for the test user
Please let us know if any additional information or a different format is required to proceed.

Thank you for updating the certificates.
However, we are still not receiving any incoming requests from ETT on our server. We have checked our application and SMTP server logs, but no requests or messages from ETT are appearing there.
At the same time, ETT is showing logs indicating that messages are being sent successfully.
Could you please help us verify whether the requests are actually being sent to our server, or let us know if there are any additional configurations required on our side?

I have already uploaded and configured the ETT trust anchors (Root and Intermediate certificates) in our system. Please refer to the attached screenshot for confirmation.
However, the issue still persists — messages sent from ETT are not reaching our STA services. I do not see any inbound SMTP/STA activity in our server logs, even though ETT shows the message as sent successfully.
Could you please verify from your side whether:
The correct trust anchors are anchored and active for our domain, and
ETT is attempting delivery to the correct STA endpoint for our Direct address?

I just tried again.
The logs are showing the same behaviour as earlier. ETT is still not reaching my STA service, and I do not see any new logs generated after clicking Run Test.
