SMTP Test 8, 14, 18 (Send) Failing

We're seeing the following error in the Logs tab after clicking "RUN" for SMTP Tests 8, 14, and 18:

ERROR: Cannot fetch email from: Couldn't connect to host, port: james.healthit.gov, 143; timeout -1

1. Much appreciated on that follow up Facundo - I didn't ever see an update that you had replied so that's on me

2. It had looked like your issue was resolved here but please correct me if that was a completely separate issue
