Patient Referral Act Validation

The validator seems to be complaining that my RSON entryRelationship isn't my SUBJ entryRelationship. I suspect that validator is incorrectly saying ALL entryRelationships have to have SUBJ etc.

The fix for this issue is now deployed as part of the 8/5/2016 C-CDA Validator release.
