Not active SNOMED Code 41919907 still getting validated

When we receive CDA document (1^st screenshot) on following, the tool validates the file and shows 0 errors (2^nd screenshot)  however we get 1  error in our EHR product (3^rd screenshot). The code 41919907 is retired in 2026 in SNOMED. Please let us  know what to do.

When we upload below files in https://site.healthit.gov/c-cda/uscdi-v3 - Validate with CDA Implementation Guide Only Tab -  it shows errors; which should not be

Using menu select and sub criteria drop down ---->>>  Paragraph (i) (B) Receive Using Edge Protocol --->  SMTP - 9,6.20 (Receive)  -and selecting below files

WE GET VALIDATION ERRORS AS SHOWN IN PREVIOUS SCREENSHOTS 

CCDA validator sample files also shows the same. 

We are in middle of ONC certification testing and this is stopping us from passing the test

Here are the steps to generate problem

Go to C-CDA USCDI V3 Validator - https://site.healthit.gov/c-cda/uscdi-v3

Select Receiver 

Select criteria - 170.315_b1_ToC_Amb

Select either one of below in scenario file

170.315_b1_toc_amb_rn_r21_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1.xml
170.315_b1_toc_amb_ccd_r21_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1.xml

Download selected scenario file.

Now upload same file downloaded and click on VALIDATE

Both of these files are supposed to be positive and error free files but both of them gives error in ETT tool validator.

We are in middle of ONC Certification testing and testing lab identifies this as error in SUT when SUT gives same error as ETT tool and thus failing our testing.

Please help in resolving this error or provide explanation on why errors are expected and should not be a blocker in certification testing.

Thank you for reporting the issue and providing the detailed reproduction steps.

We investigated the problem with the following sample files:

• 170.315_b1_toc_amb_rn_r21_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1.xml
• 170.315_b1_toc_amb_ccd_r21_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1.xml

We were able to reproduce the validation behavior in the ETT validator. After analysis, we identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix on our side.
