Problem Observation Error

Hi,

Receiving an error (see below) when submitting a CCDA for John Wright for inpatient setting under b1 testing. Validating against 170.315_b1_toc_inp_sample2_v14. There were a few other posts related to this but the latest one from 2018 said that it was a known issue and was being resolved. Another entry was added last year but didn't have a response. What should be looked at for this error? Any help would be appreciated. 

Error - 

The scenario contains problem observation for Problem Code: 55607006 , however there is no matching observation in the submitted CCDA.

Your submitted file should have a Problem Observation with the below code. For Sample2 since you are doing “No Known problems” Please refer to the HL7 example to handle the scenario.
