Error in SMTP Test 39, 40, 41

Hi Team,

We are from athenahealth and we are facing issues while testing SMTP cases 39, 40, 41.

We have uploaded the pem file for our domain in the placeholder Upload your certificate(binary or PEM encoded) in the UI

The logs shows 

1: SENDING EMAIL WITH BAD DISPOSITION NOTIFICATION HEADER TO joe.j...@432.direct.athenahealth.com

2: Email sent Successfully

3: Message-ID of the email sent: <1577986025.1373.1774350556989@localhost>

But we are not receiving the mail on our side.

Can you help us with this?

Hi Lakshman, We are from Helixbeat? we are facing same struggle to upload the certificate to edge tool  where did you uploaded the certificate

Hi Edge Test Team, 

I have attached our leaf, intermediate and root cert in the zipped folder.

We are using the below options for testing and uploading our leaf certificate in the Upload your certificate(binary or PEM encoded) in the UI.

Can you help us in debugging the issue at the earliest?

Even we have the same issue. Just attached the screenshot in the previous comment from the test tool for the list of options we are selecting in the UI.

Hi Lakshmanan,
I see that we are receiving only dispatched MDNs for 39. you should send both processed and dispatched MDNs to pass the 39.
