Receive using Edge protocol - XDR Test 3 and Test 5 failing

Hi All,
We are testing Direct Tooling -> B1 Transition of Care -> Paragraph (i)(B) Receive using Edge protocol - XDR.

XDR Test 3 and Test 5 are failing for us now. These were working earlier.

The Error in the logs on ETT site says 

a problem occured while sending the XDR document

As suggested by Sai, we have created this google group ticket.

Below are the message details:

Time: 10:05 am

Endpoint: https://gateway.acdmuat.allscriptscloud.com:8443/gateway/xdr.svc/1.3.6.1.4.1.22812.18.1.1.47/Allscripts%20Community%20Direct%20Messaging

Can you retry the test? We had to make updates to the server.

I have retried Receive XDR Test 3 and 5 and still getting the same error.

Receive XDR Test 3 and 5 continue to fail. What is now working are the Send test cases which are part of a different conversation here.

Are you https Endpoint? If so, did you install XDR certs on your server?

Hi Sai,

This was already working for us few weeks back before it started failing and our setup hasn't changed since. We have the required xdr certs on our server. Below is the endpoint we are using for test.

Endpoint: https://gateway.acdmuat.allscriptscloud.com:8443/gateway/xdr.svc/1.3.6.1.4.1.22812.18.1.1.47/Allscripts%20Community%20Direct%20Messaging

Hi Sai,

I've retried both test cases XDR Test 3 and Test 5 and still get the same errors. Even cleaning my browser cache doesnt make any difference.
