Log for XDR Test 3 | do not display any error | unable to validated Receive Case XDR Test 3

Unable to perform Inbound request using the XDR Test 3 with following URL   https://gateway.acdmsit.ahcentral.com:8443/gateway/xdr.svc?Oid=1.3.6.1.4.1.22812.18.43.0.1&Community=Allscripts+Community+Direct+Messaging, Used CERT downloded from ETT 

Am i missing any required configuration with respect to CERTIFICATE to get processed from ETT through community .

Hello,

1. Make sure your endpoint is accessible to the internet/outside world

2. Make sure the downloaded ETT certs are the only certs in your truststore

Hi ,

I have tried placing the ETT certs in trust store , still I am facing issue with processing XDR Test3 > Receive case.

Unable to see the respective ETT error logs, response or request details.

Do see following error msg, which is so generic.

a problem occured while sending the XDR document

Is there anything need to get done from ETT , to proceed with performing XDR - Receive case 3,5  ?

At present a generic error get displayed ,  "a problem occurred while sending the XDR document "

Unable to see any error logs / response / request details in ETT tool while performing test through ETT.

Currently, a generic error is being displayed: “A problem occurred while sending the XDR document.” 

Is there any limitation we have while sending request through ETT .

Unable to see any error logs / response / request details in ETT tool while performing test through ETT.

We're having issues diagnosing an XDR Test 3 connection issue. Can Dragon or sometime else on the ONC side help us by providing the log entries? Let us know if the endpoint in the previous post is sufficient or if you need more information.
