missing attachments in the Direct Edge sending tests

Hi all. 

We are not seeing any attachments or message content for SMTP tests 8, 14, and 18 in ETT tool. Could you please assist? Our certification test is coming this week. 

Steps followed: 

1. Sent an Direct Edge message from our EHR to ETT with CCDA (Alice Newman XML)
2. Message in ETT shows "success"
3. No attachment in "Attachments" in ETT Testing tool

We do see the CCDA attachment if we include multiple attachments in our Direct Edge message, like CCDA + text file.
