SMTP MT Test 39

Hello,

Testing with SMTP MT Test 39, the test is appearing to work for us and we are seeing a successful MDN sent back to hisp-t...@direct.ett.healthit.gov, however on the actual test it is not finding it. 

When I do the Send Direct Message test with a good cert, we are sending an MDN and it is responding as successfully received by you. 

We cannot determine why the MT 39 test is not finding our MDN.

Make sure you upload your trust anchor where it says "Upload your certificate(binary or PEM encoded)" , wait for 5 mins and try again.

I have done this and still receiving:
ERROR: No messages found with Original Message ID: <342511711.1185.1704920872666@localhost>

We see the original message coming into our SMTP servers at 21:07:53.   I see the MDN Processed and MDN Dispatched going out at 21:07:54 and see SMTP responses from the ETT servers of 250s and 354s (250+2.6.0+Message+received).

The messages have the details in the MDN (Dispatched for example)

Disposition:automatic-action/MDN-sent-automatically;dispatched
Original-Message-ID:<342511711.1185.1704920872666@localhost>

When we do the "Send Direct Message" test, and go to Message Status, it recognizes the MDN immediately ( 588154809.1190.1704922473654@localhost) , so just trying to understand what we've misconfigured for test 39.
