Thank you for your quick response, we can see now that the issue with the "couldn't connect to host" has been fixed. However, our main issue still persists. The logs (see image attached) say that the email has been sent to our server, but we are not receiving anything, we don't receive an error, we don't receive a message of trying to connect, nothing. It is like the email has not been sent.
We don't know how to debug it, we have all ports open and we are listening to all connections. Since we don't receive anything, we are unable to proceed. Maybe you can share some logs on your end? Can you help us with this issue?
It is important to also mention that we do receive messages and send back the correct MDNs when we use "send message" feature in ETT. (see the second image attached)
