issue with ETT tool for 170.315_b1_toc_inp_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1

Hi team,
we're testing CDA for 170.315_b1_toc_inp_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1 sample and found below 2 issues, based on the data we sending the correct values but it failed.

Issue #1

• Review your Entry for Food insecurity > Entry and EntryRelationship on line # 2905
• The validator is expecting a separate Entry and EntryRelationship to reflect "238131007" aka Overweight
• This is likely implied in the " USCDI Data Class/Element: HealthConcerns: " section

• The validator is looking for entry > organizer vs entry > observation

Hi Mat,
for issue#1,
this looks like as per the standard we are passing the data, hence it should not give any error from the validator.

Hi Vishal - just a clarification...

Your Food insecurity is fine based off what I saw in your original post - I was just using that as a "good example" to review.

I believe you're missing additional machine readable info for "overweight" is my current assumption.
