Hello.

      I was wondering if the validator as been updated to accept entry/observation or entry\organizer.

I have read several posts and some seem to be conflicting.  Some posts said to use an organizer.  some said not to.  I tried several different ways.

I was able to pass validation by having..

1) an entry\observation for the Functional status ( dependent on cane)

2) an entry\observation for the Disability Status (I'm am Vulnerable.... 

           a) with a entryrelationship for "do you have dificulty walking..."

3) an Entry\organizer

         a) \Component for dependent on cane

         b) \Component for disability status

My question is what should be correct.  I assume we dont have to list the information twice

 (Attached is the functional status section that I was able to get validated)
