SMTP Test 8,14,18 (Send)

Hi,

We are encountering an error while executing SMTP tests 8, 14, and 18 (Send). Could you please clarify the process involved in these tests and advise on possible reasons for the error?

Your support on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

ERROR: Cannot fetch email from :Couldn't connect to host, port: james.healthit.gov, 143; timeout -1

Possible Causes

  IMAP Service is Down or Blocked

  Firewall or Network Blocking

  Server Certificate Issues
