Hi Team,
After the new ETT tool launch we are unable to test any case. Once logged in and opened the B1 certification page for direct. The page keep on reloading and unable to test any case.

Hi Kim,
Before login the page is stable, Once we logged in the page keep on loading. In B! we are unable to select any option as it keep on loading.

FYI - I believe the root issue in this ticket is the same as in this ticket: https://groups.google.com/g/edge-test-tool/c/W-9YNoCOWrU. As folks are already aware, this is a hard-blocker to imminent testing/certification needs. Appreciate the support!

Hi Chris,
That issue is different one. One of my colluge could access this one and while testing it we are facing error. But for me and another colluge we face reload error once we loggedin into new ett tool.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue with the provided information. I tried logging in to several accounts and do not see the page repeatedly refreshing. Is there any other information you can provide? What browser are you and your colleague without the issue using? Any other differences you can think of between you two?

Hi Evan,
I tried to use chrome, Edge and safari , In all the browsers I am facing the same issue. I tried clearing cache and cookies and tried login again I am facing the same error. I have created the account once the new page https://site.healthit.gov/ created from old tool. My colluge created the account two days back.

Also bumping this up. I met with teams this morning and it seems that folks that have created an account more recently are having issues whereas an individual who created an account two months ago is NOT having the constant reload/refresh issue following log in. We're working on multiple products to prepare for multiple certifications and all are becoming significantly at risk due to this fundamental blocker. I intend to escalate to my contacts at ASTP/ONC as this is untenable.
