Sex Observation Error for IP Sample 3

Hello,

We were testing the message validator for IP Sample 3/Jane, and encountered this error:

We resolved this by changing the legal sex to unknown, but the birth sex in the sample script is female. Is this an issue with the validator?

This error is correct, but the instructions are incorrect.

The instructions for USCDIv3 validation against b1, e1 and g9 as sender have been updated. They can be downloaded here

by clicking on "Download all files".

Please review the updated instructions and retest, and reply here if you have any issues.
