Validator error related to LOINC code for Laboratory Report Narrative

Hello,

We are observing an error for the Alice Newman sample patient where validator expects 11502-2 loinc code for Laboratory Report Narrative.

We not sure if this is valid expectation.

Error - 

The scenario contains Notes data with code 11502-2 , however there is no matching data in the submitted CCDA.

As per US CDI - No LOINC code is defined for the Lab Report Narrative. Please see below link and attached USCDICLINNOtes.png file.

Additionally, as per companion guide, translation node  that is expected to contain this code is optional.

The companion guide contains the LOINC code of 11502-2 in the main document. Please refer to that. 

Since we have to represent these notes according to USCDI we are checking for these specific note types in the translation element.
