XDR Test 8 Fails

Hi Team,

We are newly setting up Direct Tooling XDR Test Cases for our System.

The Receiver XDR TEST 8 failed even after providing correct Public IP and Port. Wanted to confirm, does ETT needs to whitelist the Receiving system IPs before enabling the system for testing?

What does the logs say?
Also can you confirm ETT certs are the only certs installed in your system for this IP address?

Logs doesn't show anything.

Only ETT certs meaning - no other certs in the cert store are expected to be installed? How that will help? In past we had other certs installed in cert store along with ETT cert and it was working fine.

Hi,

In our older system, we have many certs installed other than ETT and the test runs fine (refer image).

We were thinking our new system's IPs would need whitelist from ETT in order to enable it for Direct Tooling testing. Let us know if that is the case.

Same error I am getting when trying to run XDR test 8 with correct IP and port.
