One of our QA engineers is getting the following error message when attempting to validate a CCD via ETT

Sorry, it didn't seem to allow the posting of the image. This is the error that pops in the error modal:

"Connect to james.healthit.gov:80 [james.healthit.gov/35.169.165.4] failed: Connection refused (Connection refused)"
