New CCDA Validator failing one CCD file '170.315_b1_toc_amb_ccd_r21_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1'

Hi  Everyone,  

We have implemented the latest version of the CCDA Validator referenced below:

New CCDA Validator:
 https://github.com/onc-healthit/reference-ccda-validator

Out of a total of 37 CCD files, only 1 file is failing CCD validation.

One of the failing CCDA file is:

170.315_b1_toc_amb_ccd_r21_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1.xml

Path: uscdi-v3-testdata\Receiver SUT Test Data\170.315_b1_ToC_Amb

This file is currently failing validation and reporting 6 CCD validation errors.

Could you please help us understand whether these validation errors are expected with the new validator version and advise on how we should proceed? If there are any known issues, configuration requirements, or certification-specific validation considerations, please let us know.
