Receiver Test - XDR Test 8

to Edge Test Tool (ETT)
The Receiver XDR TEST 8 failed even after providing correct Public IP and Port.
Its saying only " ran tc 8" is response, no error/exceptions in the Log.
Wanted to confirm what might be the reson?
