170.315_b1_toc_inp_ccd_r21_svap_uscdiv3_v1.xml fails validation

Hello.

I downloaded the xml file from https://github.com/onc-healthit/2015-edition-cures-update-uscdi-v3-testdata/blob/master/Cures%20Update%20Svap%20Uscdiv3%20Receiver%20SUT%20Test%20Data/170.315_b1_ToC_Inp/170.315_b1_toc_inp_ccd_r21_svap_uscdiv3_v1.xml and uploaded it to the CCDA validator.

I keep getting the following error message.

Result Description: Consol Policy Activity (V3) SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] code, which SHALL be selected from (CodeSystem: 2.16.840.1.113883.3.221.5 Source of Payment Typology (PHDSC))

XPath: /ClinicalDocument/component/structuredBody/component[24]/section/entry/act/entryRelationship/act

Line Number: 2380

I believe it's because the SOP code should be put in the code line instead of the translation line. Correct? But will you update this file to reflect it?

Will you correct these files?
