170.315(b)(9) – Care Plan_Phone Number Issue +1(555)777-1234 [Seen Again]

Hello,

This Issue was not seen in the last two or three weeks.  However, we tested this today and we were able to see the same error again.

Error Details:  In the Folder 2015-edition-cures-update-data-master>>Cures Update Sender SUT Test Data>>170.315_b9_CP_Amb, the PDF 170.315_b9_cp_amb_sample1_v1 has Patient's Mobile Number as 555-777-1234 & Home Number as 555-723-1544. We have entered the information as it is in MD4Front EMR and when we generated the XML and verified using the 2015 Edition Cures Update C-CDA R2.1 Validator, an error is seen related to this data "Error - Patient Telecom in the submitted file does not match the expected Telecom. The following values are expected: telecom/@use = HP and telecom/@value = tel:+1(555)777-1234". 

We assume that the generated CDA XML has the right information; still, the Validator is throwing an Error.
