SMTP MT Test 39, 40, 41

[Shaikh Imam Shaikh Maheboob]

SMTP MT Test 39, 40, 41 reports Email sent Successfully but the message never reaches our HISP; per the ETT source, that means ETT's internal relay accepted the message but its own downstream discovery/delivery to us is failing silently.
I tried testing simulation as well here

I did passed all other test cases oh h1 and b1

Just this one is remaining
