ERROR: Cannot fetch email from :Couldn't connect to host, port: james.healthit.gov, 143; timeout -1"
also nothing has changed how we are sending. this test has been running for past 3 yrs.
ERROR: No messages found! Send a message and try again. Please make sure that the Vendor Email Address is entered and matches the email address from which the email is being sent. Wait for atleast 30 seconds after sending the email to ensure successful delivery to the ETT.

Hello Edge Team,
We’ve received reports from a developer that the SMTP “Send” tests for B1 (Tests 8, 14, and 18) are consistently failing with the following error:
ERROR: No messages found! Send a message and try again. Please make sure that the Vendor Email Address is entered and matches the email address from which the email is being sent. Wait for at least 30 seconds after sending the email to ensure successful delivery to the ETT.
They’ve attempted multiple files and continue to receive the same result. Notably, the exact same SMTP server and credentials are working correctly for the “Receive” tests (SMTP Tests 9, 16, and 20).
Given that this functionality is required for this developer to complete their testing, could you please investigate and provide guidance or a resolution?
