Hello EMR Customer Care Team,

I'm Raj Kumar P from Mettler Health. I'm currently working on ONC B1 certification testing using the Edge Test Tool (ETT) and need your assistance with gateway access.

✅ SMTP Tests 9, 16, 20 — PASSED
✅ Public IP identified: 223.178.82.213

I need help with the following items to complete XDR Tests 1, 2, 6, and 7:

1. XDR Gateway Access
How do I access our XDR/Direct messaging gateway to send test messages to ETT? Is there a web portal, login URL, or specific tool I should use?

2. Certificate Password
The keystore.p12 file requires a password. None of the common passwords worked (changeit, password, etc.). Could you share the correct password?

3. Direct Mailbox Access
How do I check the inbox of a...@test.directproject.net to view received test messages from ETT?

4. Documentation
Are there setup guides or documentation for the ONC certification testing process at Mettler Health?
