Tool for ccda file not working

Testing for 170.315(e)(1)

I’m attempting to use this scorecard/ccda file testing tool: https://site.healthit.gov/scorecard/

I’ve attached the “test document” I’m trying to get a score on.

The system returns the following message:

Web Service Error:  The following error was encountered while scoring ccda.xml: An Unknown error has occurred. Please report this issue to edge-te...@googlegroups.com.

Hi Sarah,

The C-CDA Scorecard is working for all other C-CDA files we have tested. We will look into why it is not working with the provided file and get back to you.

Have you verified your file against C-CDA schema and for XML validity?

I verified that there is no schema issue and that the file runs in our CURES validator. We will determine what the issue is with this file when run against the Scorecard. Thanks.

After analysis, we determined that there was a edge case issue in the Scorecard when parsing encompassingEncounter effectiveTime/high/@value which will be resolved in the next release. Apologies for the inconvenience.

If you would like to test the rest of your document before the release, please remove encompassingEncounter effectiveTime/high elements that doesn't have a value.
