ERROR : 535 Authentication failed. Restarting authentication process. Authentication Failed

This is for test case -SMTP Test 9, 16, 20 (Receive)

I am getting this error while sending the message from ETT to our mail server (hmailserver).

I entered Vendor SMTP IP,  Vendor SMTP Username and Vendor Password . And ran the test and got this error.

ERROR : 535 Authentication failed. Restarting authentication process.  Authentication Failed 

I checked the hmailserver log and decoded (base64)  the RECEIVED: AUTH PLAIN . I found, ETT is sending username with concatenating twice.  

( eg.  If I put E...@domain.com in Vendor SMTP Username field, actually it is sending E...@domain.comE...@domain.com ) 

so our mail server failing the authetication.

is this issue or there is other way to send the test message.

Hello,

Can you confirm that you are the entering the input parameters in accordance to the below example:

Vendor SMTP Hostname: smtp.gmail.com

Vendor SMTP Email Address: sut.e...@gmail.com

Vendor SMTP Username: sut.e...@gmail.com

Vendor Password: XXXXXXXX

Ya I confirm I enter the input parameters in accordance to the below example. hmailserver only accepts single username and password. If I only enter Vendor SMTP Username and Vendor Password, Also it is concatenating hence fails . Is there ways I can just pass single username and password only ?
