Happy kid file validation error on Cures Update C-CDA R2.1 Validator tool

Hi Team,

We are working on Cures 2020 updates and we entered all the data for Happy_kid file (B1 ambulatory). However we are still getting following errors - 

1. Error - 

Code 372664007 does not exist in the value set(s) 2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1010.1

2. Error - 

The scenario requires data related to patient's Notes, but the submitted C-CDA does not contain lab result data.

Attached is the CCDA file generated. Could you please help us on this ASAP.

The value set unfortunately has not been updated to reflect the USCDI guidance , I am going to ask our ONC representatives on the best way forward to resolve the issue.

Our fix will not work unless s the value set is fixed, so evaluating options for the value set update.

Thank you Nagesh for this update. Anything on 2nd Error from my first post (adding here again for reference), is this also related?

The vocabulary issue will be corrected in the release at the end of this month (January). If you would like further information, Dragon can provide it.

For the 2nd issue, please ensure that your Result Observations don't contain any nullFlavor attributes on the lab codes. If they do not, and you still have the issue, please let us know.
