Reg: Issue with C-CDA Sender Version 4 Validation – B1 Sample 3 and Sample 4

Hello Edge Test Tool Support Team,

We are currently facing an issue with C-CDA Sender Version 4 validation for the B1 Sample 3 and Sample 4 files.

Validator Error:
“Result Description: Facility information for 1160-1, for EncounterActivity data for code R99: The scenario requires FacilityIdentifiers data, but submitted file does have FacilityIdentifiers data.”

The validator is reporting that FacilityIdentifiers data is missing, even though the submitted XML already contains the FacilityIdentifiers information.

This issue is occurring in both:

• B1 Sample 3
• B1 Sample 4

Could you please help us understand:

• Whether there is any specific structure or placement required for FacilityIdentifiers in Version 4
• If this is a known issue with the validator
• What corrections are needed for successful validation

• C-CDA Sender Version 4
• Scenario: B1 Sample 3 and B1 Sample 4
• Validation Rule: EncounterActivity – Code R99

Issue Description

The validator reports that FacilityIdentifiers data is missing for EncounterActivity code R99, even though the submitted XML already contains the FacilityIdentifiers information.

Validator Error
