Help - certification scheduled for 12/8 - ETT Error Question

Our primary coding system is SNOWMED CT for procedures.  We’ve researched this error and verified that 35963001 is a valid SNOMED CT Code.  Can you please advise?  Is the codeset being updates or any maintenance occurring or is this a valid error and why?

While the 35963001  is valid SNOMED, it is not part of the CCDA valueset  2.16.840.1.113883.3.88.12.3221.7.4  which is causing the error.

But the main issue is since this is a procedure then it should not be in the problem section. You need to move it to the procedure section and thus it should be found in the proper value set list.

In addition, top find ICD10 codes for procedures, in the US, procedure codes are contained ICD-10-PCS; ICD-10-CM contains diagnosis codes.

Kyle is right procedure codes should be in the procedure section  not in the problem section. 

Please reencode the code in the procedure section.
