CCDA Validation is failing with Error: The scenario contains problem observation for Problem Code: 55607006 , however there is no matching observation in the submitted CCDA.

But for No Known Problems (No current problems or disability) the SNOMEDCT code is 160245001 - https://browser.ihtsdotools.org/?perspective=full&conceptId1=160245001&edition=MAIN/SNOMEDCT-US/2025-03-01&release=&languages=en

For No Known Problems, you need to follow the guidance in the CCDA Companion Guide which dictates how compliant EHRs are to communicate this. Link to guide is below, and refer to section 5.2.6.2, specifically the Example 38 showing No Known Problems. You will need to use SNOMED 55607006 along with the negationInd=true value.
