XDR Test 2, Test 6 and Test 7 are stuck in pending status

Hi,

XDR Test 2, XDR Test 6 and XDR Test 7 are stuck in pending status after clicking the RUN button and sending the message.

Can someone please help in resolving this issue.

Hello,

Can you please try running these tests again? I'm currently looking in to this issue and am unable to reproduce the issue. I have successfully run XDR Test 2, 6 and 7 and it was able to make it past the pending step on all 3. It's possible that this was a temporary interruption, or that the issue is isolated to certain users.

If you're still having issues, can you provide your endpoint please?
