Local CCDA validator is not validating ONC 2015 S&CC Vocabulary Validation Conformance Error

Hi Team,

I have downloaded the reference validator locally(through the instructions given on this website - https://github.com/onc-healthit) and able to run the CCD-A validator in my local. 

However, somehow the validator is not showing errors for section - ONC 2015 S&CC Vocabulary Validation Conformance Error. Though I have tried to generate these errors by purposefully updating some values in my CCD-A document but no luck so far.

Can someone please help for the same? FYI, I have downloaded valueset and code files and placed them on right path in my local ccda validator.

Just throwing this out there.  When the ETT site was still up, I had run into a case where the Validator wasn't checking everything it should.   I discovered that my XML had some places where a <code> contained an empty value instead of a nullFlavor.  Like this

<code code="" codeSystem="2.16.840.1.113883.6.1" codeSystemName="LOINC" displayName=""/>

Once I fixed those, then the Validator was able to check all 3 categories

That's a good point Joe.

If you have any errors already listed, it's important to resolve those errors 1st as they may affect or prevent additional error checking down stream.
