Invalid Error for Assessment Scale Supporting Observation

Hello,

We have come across an error with the Assessment Scale Supporting Observation entry that we believe is invalid. The error message (pasted below) indicates that conformance 4515-16754 requires 1..1 but the authoritative CG 4.1 publication indicates in Appendix A that the conformance is 1..* (see screenshot below).

Result Description: Consol Assessment Scale Supporting Observation V2 SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] value (4515-16754)
