SMTP Test 9, 16, 20 (Receive) Failing — Hostinger SMTP Not DirectTrust Accredited

Hi,
We are working on ONC §170.315(h)(1) Direct Messaging certification and running the Receive using Edge Protocol (SMTP) tests on SITE.
Current setup:
Vendor Hostname/IP: smtp.hostinger.com
Vendor Direct Email: ankesh...@thyrahealth.com
TLS: Enabled
Issue: SMTP Test 9, 16, 20 (Receive) is failing — we believe our Hostinger SMTP is not DirectTrust-accredited and does not support the required STARTTLS + PLAIN SASL authentication in the Direct Protocol context.
Questions:
Do we need to register with a DirectTrust-accredited HISP (e.g., Kno2, PHImail) to pass these Receive tests?
What SMTP configuration is required for the Receive Edge Protocol tests?
Are there any free/test HISP accounts available for ONC certification testing?
