Unexpected R2.1 Validator Error with B1 ToC INP Scenarios

Hello,

This afternoon when working with the ONC C-CDA R2.1 Validator Tool, I ran across the below error when validating a document against the 170.315_b1_ToC_Inp criteria with both the 170.315_b1_toc_inp_sample1_v14.pdf and 170.315_b1_toc_sample2_v14.pdf scenarios. This appears to be happening with both recent documents and older documents that previously validated error free. Would this potentially be related to updates to the ETT, rather than with the document itself?

Hi,

This issue has been resolved and is being tested in a development environment. It will be available in production later this month.

BTW: Here is the only error returned for sample 1:

ONC 2015 S&CC Reference C-CDA Validation Error
Result Description: The scenario contains Medication Activity data for Medication with code 977434 , however there is no matching data in the submitted CCDA.

And the errors for sample 2:

ONC 2015 S&CC Reference C-CDA Validation Error
Result Description: Patient First Name Expected = John but, submitted file contains first name of Rebecca

Result Description: Patient Last Name Expected = Wright but, submitted file contains last name of Larson

Result Description: Patient Middle Name Expected = R but, submitted file contains middle name of Jones

Result Description: The scenario requires patient suffix, but submitted file does not have patient suffix

Result Description: Patient Date of Birth Expected = 19800801 but, submitted file contains Date of Birth of 19700501

Result Description: The scenario does not require patient ethnicity information, but submitted file does have patient ethnicity information

Result Description: The scenario contains problem observation for Problem Code: 55607006 , however there is no matching observation in the submitted CCDA.

Result Description: The scenario contains Allergy observation for No Known Allergies , however there is no matching data in the submitted CCDA.

Result Description: The scenario does not require data related to patient's medications, but the submitted C-CDA does contain medication data.

Result Description: The scenario does not require data related to patient's lab results, but the submitted C-CDA does contain lab result data.

Result Description: The scenario contains Procedure Activity Procedure data with code 90660004 , however there is no matching data in the submitted CCDA.

Result Description: The scenario does not require data related to patient's Udis, but the submitted C-CDA does contain UDI data.

Result Description: The scenario does not require data related to patient's immunizations, but the submitted C-CDA does contain immunization data.

Result Description: The scenario contains Encounter Diagnosis data with code(s) Code : T23.1 , Translation: 211896002 , however there is no matching data in the submitted CCDA.
