In the past week, all of the URLs for the b1 Sending XDR tests have changed - from actual URLs to IP addresses. For example: Test 1 was previously  and is now . The certificate presented by these endpoints is the same, but only has the ett.healthit.gov as an accepted name, meaning that calling the IP address fails with an invalid certificate.

1) Are the URLs with IP addresses correct? Or should we be using an actual domain name for these tests? I believe we can configure our sender to ignore the name mismatch on our end, but that seems like extremely bad practice. Similarly, should we be expecting these URLs to change out of the blue like this?

2) Last week, I was able to successfully complete sending tests 1, 2, and 6 (with 7 being the only failure, as addressed in my other post!). Now, I am not able to get any sort of response from the ETT on these three tests - the tests just say "pending" and refreshing does not change anything. I was also previously able to get successes on 1, 2, and 6 sending from my device via Postman, but now I am unable to get past "pending" even when sending the exact same payloads as last week.
