I am having some difficulty getting to the C-CDA Scorecard (https://ccda.healthit.gov/scorecard/) web page for a few days now.  Every time I click on C-CDA Scorecard from the C-CDA Sandbox webpage, I get the following screen:

Can you please get someone to look at this?   I am trying to validate some documents for the next C-CDA IAT and would like to finalize them as soon as possible.

Can you check your firewall settings. 

We are able to access the sites from multiple locations. 

Please let us know…if you have tried from other networks and settings and still not able to access the website.

That is case it only gets updated once a month, however the system does get security patches weekly if there is any that need to be updated.

It was my understanding that the ONC Scorecard only gets update once a month on the first (or perhaps the last—I can’t recall) Monday of the month.  Is that still the case?
