Issue with ONC SMTP MT39, MT40, and MT41 Delivery Notification Tests

Dear ETT Support Team,

We are experiencing an issue while running the ONC SMTP MT39, MT40, and MT41 Delivery Notification test cases.

When we click the Run button or attempt to send the test request, the test remains in the Pending state and does not proceed.

The test logs show the following error:

Error in TEST MESSAGE DISPOSITION NOTIFICATION:
Couldn't connect to host, port: direct.ett.healthit.gov, 25; timeout -1

Because of this connection issue, we are unable to execute the Delivery Notification tests (MT39, MT40, and MT41).

Could you please verify whether there is an issue with the ETT server or the SMTP service on direct.ett.healthit.gov:25? If there are any known outages, configuration changes, or additional requirements on our side, please let us know.

Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
