provider1@direct.site.healthit.gov Not responding to emails from DT

Hello,

 

I have exchanged my Trust Anchors with the site.healthit.gov Trust Bundle, added said bundle to my DT testing environment, and confirmed that my CA appears in the list of anchors. Whenever I send a message to that address I log no errors in my application, but I never receive the MDN confirming if the message was received. The https://site.healthit.gov/direct/transporttool page also fails to report any received messages from my address, and additionally the “Receive Direct messages from SITE” option fails to send anything to my address.

 

Is this a known issue? Is anyone else experiencing this?
