B1 Sample 3 test data

Hello,

 I'm very much confused on test data for B1, sample3, Happy Kid.

In the document narrative it says that Hapy Kid is a girl. In the patient demographics table it says "Patient sex Unknown". 

Assuming that the patient demographics table is correct and the sex is unknown. I noticed that further down in the vitals the test data is expecting "Weight for Length Percentile" which is dependent on the patient sex. How can I generate the value of Weight for Length  Percentile  if I do not know the gender of the patient?
