Edge Testing Tool Issues - High Importance: C-CDA USCDI V3 Validator Java Exceptions Blocking Ambulatory g9 Testing

Hello HealthIT.gov Team,

Our teams were in the final stages of C-CDA USCDI V3 validator testing for Ambulatory g9 when both of our independent EMR systems began encountering the same issue on 11/21/2025. As of 11/20/2025, all four g9 scenarios were passing with zero C-CDA IG Conformance errors. Beginning this morning, all four scenarios are now producing numerous C-CDA IG Conformance errors that appear to be Java exceptions.

Because these failures began suddenly and affect multiple unrelated EMR teams with previously passing files, we believe the issue is occurring on the validator side (possibly due to a recent code deployment or a server-level error). This is blocking our ability to complete required ONC certification testing, which has already been delayed by the extended validator outage earlier this month.

Could you please provide guidance on:

1. How we should proceed with testing, and/or
2. When this issue is expected to be resolved?
