How to Reclaim a Direct Address Registered with Another User

A former developer for one of our customers has registered a Direct Address we control, a...@preventscripts.isharemedicalrecords.com, with his own ETT account.  That developer no longer works for our customer and we would like to register this Direct Address ourselves.  Is there a way we can regain control of this Direct Address in our ETT account or is there a way for someone on your end to find who has this account registered and reach out to them to un-register it?

I would second this issue to be fixed. I think these registered Direct addresses should "expire" or "reset" after a short time, maybe just a week or maybe when you do your monthly update. I have seen situations where developers simply forget which address they used in their original registration when they return to test after a period of time being away. It is not hard to re-register, but developers often have limited Direct addresses in their QA sandbox to use in testing so it is not like you easily get a new one.
