When validating CCDA file for test patient Jeremy Bates. Test tool reports the following error 

"Error - 

The scenario contains problem observation for Problem Code: 55607006 , however there is no matching observation in the submitted CCDA."

However, the test data contains SNOMED code 699134002.

That is part of the Encounter Information, not part of the Problem Information. So the SNOMED code 699134002 is expected to be present within the encounter section.

 

The problem code 55607006 is part of the information used to represent “No Known Problems”.
