The instructions say to send a message to edge-receiver@james.healthit.gov. Is this a type-o? Should the address be edge-receiver@ett.healthit.gov?
If this is the correct address, do I need to add certificates to our implementation to trust it?

No, it's not a typo. This is NOT a direct endpoint. You need to send a vanilla SMTP email to this address
