We have provided updated test data for v3. Is there some specific change you are looking for?

The functional status and mental status for 170.315(b)(1) for the test data was provided in SNOMED but the standard is to be LOINC.

In a response on April 21, 2025, it was stated the scenarios currently only include SNOMED, but will be updated in a future release to LOINC in the test data.

I keep checking, but the test data has not been updated, yet.

Thank you for your message.

We understand that the functional status and mental status test data for 170.315(b)(1) is currently provided using SNOMED, while the required standard is LOINC. As noted in the April 21, 2025 response, the scenarios were to be updated in a future release to reflect this requirement.

We appreciate your continued attention to this and will follow up to confirm the current status of the update. If the test data has not yet been revised, we will escalate the issue or provide a timeline, if available.
