We are able to receive the MDN indicating that the message was transmitted successfully, but we never receive any score back. The Direct address we are sending from is admini...@direct.connectehr.net which is provisioned through MaxMD. Can someone confirm if the one-click scorecard is having issues, or let us know if our process is incorrect?
