ETT's SMTP server used for b.1 testing is down - recurrence 5/26/26

Hello ETT Team,

The SMTP server at james.healthit.gov port 25 is no longer accepting incoming connections. This was working last week.

This is impacting b.1 testing: SMTP Test 8, 14, 18 (Send)


Note that we have a customer scheduled for certification testing today, so your prompt attention to this matter would be appreciated. Would you take a look in case that server needs to be restarted?

Note that, in addition, the following error also appears in the Logs tab after clicking the "RUN" button for SMTP Test 8,14,18:

Test Logs
ERROR: Cannot fetch email from :Couldn't connect to host, port: james.healthit.gov, 143; timeout -1
