Scorecard is down/not working

The Scorecard is not working for uploads. This seems to have just happened with the v3.1.75 release as it was working last week. The unknown error we get is shown in image capture attached on this email.

Hi Kyle - the team believes they have resolved the issues. If you continue to experience issues, can you please respond and add the Alice Newman xml attachment so a team member can review in greater detail? Thank you!
